What do I think of this calendar, and would I buy it?
Over the year’s I have been reviewing calendars, Harrods is hands-down the favourite of most of my reader’s everyone’s favourite.
It epitomises luxury, as the packaging pays attention to detail. Each product is individually wrapped and the calendar taps into that emotion of “I want to be spoilt” or “I deserve this b/c I have been good this year.”
Secondly, the value for money proposition is pretty solid with the Harrods calendar. In past years, they have included luxury eye creams etc that I’d not ordinarily buy – but happy to use if part of this calendar.
My main negatives about this calendar are: its not as high-end as it used to be – sorry, its just not. Second, I have put in bold all the products I would use and even with just 25 products, there are still about 5 products I won’t use. BUT the sizes are big enough for me to gift or sell them.
I appreciate that if you want volume of products, then perhaps the Space NK or Cultbeauty calendar are for you – but I like the fact that I will use the bulk of these products
