What do I think of this calendar and would I buy it?
The Selfridges calendar is definitely one that has a good balance of skin care, make up, hair care and fragrance. Obvioussly it has the annoying concierge card, which is completely useless unless you live in London. You’re never going to use it, let’s be honest.
What I like about the calendar is that the skin care is not polarising. It’s got everything that I would use the makeup as well is, you know it’s a good range of Charlotte Tilbury, Lisa Elridge, Natasha D.
There’s nothing controversial that I wouldn’t use the only thing that I really don’t like all the hair products, but that’s a personal choice.
Unlike other calendars, there are 2 popular fragrances which I really appreciate. So overall for the price point of £220 there are a bunch of products here that I will completely use.
I will find someone to give the hair products to, but I would be happy with this calendar minus the hair products too. And it would still be value for money for me.
The only downside is that if you want many, many products, there aren’t that many. And you know, that’s fine by me. It might not be by you. But yeah, this is definitely a buy for me.
