What do I think of this calendar and would I buy it?
There are not that many bodycare/fragrance calendars to choose from. Frankly, you could choose from the White Company and possibly Jo Malone.
However, Molton Brown sits somewhere in between the White Company (GBP 175 for a quite a rubbish calendar) and Jo Malone (GBP 350+).
Its a calendar that’s made for Molton Brown fans. Quite honestly, when Molton Brown had fewer lines of fragrance, I found this calendar tedious. However, I’d happily buy this because its not absurdly expensive (thank you Jo Malone, Penhalgions and has a good mix of products).
Is it value for money? Absolutely not – and you shouldn’t expect it to be (unlike me, who because of my origin story, which to find the value for money proposition in all products I buy. However, I reluctantly can see that things of value need not be value for money).
