Hello and welcome to a Frotter update!
Generally, the top layer of your skin will regenerate around the 28 day mark. Therefore, if there is a marked improvement in my skin, we should see it in today’s photos. Also, most skincare reviews will stop at the one month mark…
From both photos, I can categorically confirm the following:
- I really should learn how to use a camera properly
- My pores have reduced in size – evening out my skin – if only marginally. If I hadn’t been taking photos, I may not have noticed. And this is despite the concerns I have had about the excessive oil in the Soundarya range.
- There is ABSOLUTELY ZERO improvement in the pigmentation around my eyes – it is some consolation that its not getting worse
- My skin is definitely softer to touch and feels smoother – it is more hydrated.
- The almond oil in the product has not contributed to hair growth (phew!)
The true test will be early next week – I am visiting family members who haven’t seen me since I started my Forest Essentials routine. Everyone is obsessed with skin (and fairness) and I’ll let you know feedback.
My view so far is: clearly Forest Essentials suits my skin – I only have to use SK II product range for one day to be completely covered in hives on day two. The range is doing what you would expect a normal skincare range to do – hydrate and even out skin texture. However, the products are doing nothing exceptional for my skin.
