The answer is yes, you can, but its important that you choose face masks whose functions complement each other.
The worst thing you want to do is use two or three clay masks, because that will just damage your skin barrier.

My adventure in face masking
Today I am using 2 masks as follows:
Mask One: Tata Harper is a mild resurfacing mask, which I have used before. Its essentially a chemical exfoliating mask, whose purpose is to essentially remove dead skin. Here is my review and yes, it is ridiculously expensive at US$ 65 for 30ml, but for me, its value for money as it lasts 2-3 months.
Mask Two: is a sheet mask by Joanna Vargas. I have mixed feelings about sheet masks mainly because the Forest Essentials’ sheet masks I used were so borderline mediocre (I am trying not to use the word “awful.”). Here is my review of the Forest Essentials’ mask.
Joanna Vargas is available at net-a-porter and these sheet masks are US$ 75 for 5 masks (so US$15 per mask).

The suggested time to leave on this face mask is 20 minutes. I have left it on for about 15 minutes.
Joanna Vargas anti-aging glow mask
This is a normal sheet mask that you leave on for 15-20 minutes. This is my face after application of this mask
I don’t know if you can see the effect of this product on my skin, but I am truly stunned at the hydrating and plumping action of this mask. And it really does even out very fine lines (around my eye area). I cannot believe how effective this has been. It’s also nice to find products that become regular staples of your bathroom cupboard: this is definitely one of them.
I think this has been repackaged/rebranded and is available as Glow-to-GO face masks. It is pricey at US$ 75 for 5 masks (so US$15 per mask). I would pay this, because the effects are so dramatically good.

Quality of mask etc
The mask is a decent quality cellulose mask – it does not break during application and nor does it slip off. Also, unlike the Forest Essentials’ masks it does not have so much serum that its really uncomfortable. The mask has the correct amount of serum.
Finally, if the mask fits my huge face, it will fit your face too!
