One of my favourite calendars has to be the Space NK beauty advent calendar b/c they really do run of the mill stuff that I buy regularly.

Last year the calendar was split as follows:
Skincare (for the face) 72%, Make-up (15%), Bodycare (7%), Home fragrance (£2%) and Hair (4%)
2020 the calendar was split as follows
Skincare (51%), Bodycare (19%), Make-up (15%), Haircare (8%), Home fragrance (7%)
What do I think of the Space NK beauty advent calendar?
Broadly, more expensive calendars are increasing the amount of skincare for the face and bodycare. I fully expect the bulk of this calendar to be focussed on high-end skincare for the face.

The other point I would make is that Space NK will stock their calendar with expensive brands (Sunday Riley, Barbara Drum, Chantecaille, REN) and not super-luxury brands. By contrast I have seen £100+ eye creams in the Harrods beauty calendar, which don’t see in Space NK

- It is available for worldwide shipping: what’s great is that 20% VAT is knocked off and I didn’t have to pay either local customs or shipping.
- Retail price is £215 (2021 was £199, 2019 calendar cost £195). The value of the calendar is about £700 (per Space NK)
